Simone Lewis and Tim Paige have again knocked Brooke and Miles out of the park in the audio edition of Hard to Take! They both bring the characters to life in an exciting way and really had me up in my feels just that much more than I was when I originally read Brooke and Miles story. I highly recommend checking out the audio for Hard to Take!

I love all the angst between Brooke and Miles. Between Miles and his teammate and Brooke's brother, Jay. Between Brooke and her brother. The second book in the Denver Kodiaks series picks up right where Hard to Fake left off and it does not disappoint! Not only is the angst felt in all facets of the story, but so is Brooke and Miles' chemistry with each other. Miles would do any and everything for Brooke, and I just can't get enough of him.

"I can't go another day thinking I could lose her. In my bed. In my home. In my heart."

Miles and Brooke are the perfect teaser couple. You first meet them in the King of the Court series, and now they get their time to shine. There's nothing better than a brother's best friend's little sister, the one who you are supposed to keep your hands off, and the same little sister, coming together. Pulling off a fake relationship isn't easy, especially when you've had a crush on the other person, which is the case for both Miles and Brooke. Neither has let this slip over the years, and when the opportunity to spend time at Brooke's college reunion presents itself, they both seize it. However, some wrenches get thrown in, and everything doesn't go as smoothly as they had hoped. Hard to Fake ends on a cliffhanger, so consider this your warning.

Listening to Tim Paige and Simone Lewis bring Miles and Brooke to life was absolutely fantastic. Their narration is so immersive that you'll feel like you're in the room with the characters, and the emotions are almost touchable. Their voices represented the characters perfectly. I'm eager to listen to the next installment of this series.

This is my first Simone Lewis audiobook and I loved it! Her portrayal of Brooke was great you felt all the emotion and let's not forget the banter with Tim Page. There is just something about audio that hits different than when reading on the kindle. Would definitely recommend!!

This is the first in the Denver Kodiaks series. Miles is such a great character and I was so glad to read his story. He comes to Brooke's rescue on multiple occasions and I absolutely love his need to protect. The chemistry between these two are off the charts. Simone Lewis and Tim Paige do a fantastic job narrating and bringing these amazing characters to life. I would highly recommend this five star sports romance!

Brooke and Miles have so much chemistry. It's sizzling between them.

Their story is entertaining, s3xy, easy to read, you don't want to put down the book, you wanna know more and know it all.

I adore Brooke and Miles! Their chemistry is just as hot and spicy as ever, but they are such a slow burn! Simone Lewis and Tim Paige are the perfect voices to narrate Brooke and Miles! They fit the characters so well. I never wanted to stop listening!

Absolutely love these books. I ran across the ad on facebook and thought i would give it a go…. I have now read 11 of these books in the past two weeks and have ordered the last few today. Brilliant! And so addictive

Binged this series and then bought the next one. Love it!

I read the first book in the wicked series and fell in love so had to read the rest. Absolutely loved the quirky and easy to love Haley.m and what’s not to love about Jax. The dynamic pull b/w the two and the fight they put up against it was thrilling. I loved following their story over this series and loved getting glimpses of them in the Rivals series. I have read the wicked series and recommend them to anybody. I have truly enjoyed several of Piper’s books and think she seems just lovely and admire how involved she is in social media with her fans. I recommend anyone check out any of her books as you will not be disappointed!

Oh man do I hate when something wonderful ends, but man Piper sure does know how to end them!!!

What can I say that hasn’t already been say about these Pink and her Grumpy Baller? One thing is for sure they have seriously come into their own by the end of it all!

Piper hitter out of the park with again Play Maker finishing off these two’s love story. It won’t be Clay and Nova if they didn’t have a few bumps a long the way to their happy ever after. So if you want to go for that ride, with a lot a laughter and few tears and maybe a little hate for a couple of characters. Then read it! And enjoy! And if you are a Piper Lawson fan, there are a few surprise guests to make an appearances!!!

This is the first time reading Piper Lawson's work and I binged the entire series in one week... Yes, very little sleep since I also work long hours. I felt the escape was well worth the sleep sacrifice. Piper's characters are well developed and the story had a natural flow. The steamy scenes are like being in a sauna; hot! The fact that the FMC is curvalicious just adds even more depth. The FMC's personal struggles are those many women can relate with. Overall, yes, thoroughly enjoyed!!

I'm about halfway through the bundle and these stories are hitting my emotions hard!!! I love the honest emotions, family time, and steamy one-on-one time!

I really love Haley and Jax. I would have read it in one day if I had time. Very hard to put down!
